Abstract
Ideology is a critical, yet often overlooked, consideration in conflict resolution. Understanding the ideological foundations of conflict can help shape strategies that not only address the symptoms of conflict but also provide the insight needed to effectively manage its root causes. This article explores the often overlooked, yet crucial role ideology plays in effectively managing conflict.
