Abstract
This senior thesis will articulate the similarities and differences in food regulations related to organic and GMO foods in the US versus the Netherlands and identify factors that contribute to these differences. The main goal of this thesis is to explain, through research and my own observations, the need for more comprehensive research and labeling of GM foods.
