Year Book of the Selden Society

This collection contains all issues of the Year Book of the Selden Society, published from 1937 to 1948. As the predecessor to the South Carolina Law Quarterly and the South Carolina Law Review (available in the Law Reviews and Journal section of the Law Library’s Scholar Commons (https://scholarcommons.sc.edu/sclr)), the Year Book of the Selden Society is the oldest legal publication in the State of South Carolina still in publication.
