About This Journal
South Carolina Libraries is the official journal of the South Carolina Library Association. Published annually in the Spring (rolling publishing process), it is a refereed open access journal hosted by the University of South Carolina's Scholar Commons.
There are no fees associated with the submission of a manuscript or the publishing of the final product.
