This digital collection contains a draft of the Committee’s report, the Committee’s proposed constitution, and a draft constitution prepared by Ruth Roettinger, the Secretary of the Committee. These three documents are part of the Workman Papers. Also included in this digital collection are the published reports the Committee submitted to the South Carolina House of Representatives and the South Carolina Senate. Those reports have been scanned from the 1950 House and Senate Journals.
