Law journals are industry publications run by law students. Student editors select and edit articles submitted by law professors.

The University of South Carolina School of Law hosts four journals. The South Carolina Law Review and the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business are available in Scholar Commons. The Journal of Law and Education and the Real Property Trust & Estate Law Journal are not yet available through Scholar Commons. Please note that there may be a gap between the journal's most recent issue and the most recent issue available in Scholar Commons.
