Abstract
This study aimed to explore individual and neighborhood-level facilitators on time to diagnosis among autistic Asian Americans. A Weibull Regression model was conducted to examine main effects for sex and ADI, as well as their interaction on age at diagnosis. Sex significantly influences time to diagnosis, whereas ADI does not. Additionally, the relationship between ADI and age at diagnosis was consistent between sexes. Findings were interpreted in an Accelerated Failure Time (AFT) framework. These findings highlight the importance of culturally relevant and community-focused support.
