This interview took place as part of the Fall 2019 Honors 101 class at USC Aiken. The purpose of this interview is to document the experiences of student-veterans as they transition from military to college life.
Brief Description of Interview
The interview begins with Victoria Parga describing her early life and high school before joining the Navy as part of the delayed entry program. She then describes boot camp and active duty where she worked in intelligence, before transitioning to the reserves. She is now studying Geology at USC Aiken after transferring from USC Columbia and plans to pursue a master’s degree and work at a national park.
