Description

Early-stage picture book development often requires extensive manual visual iteration to establish tone, style, and character cohesion. This project explores how AI-assisted illustration tools can streamline that exploratory phase while preserving artistic authorship. Lillie Valley Farm serves as a case study in blending human storytelling with AI-generated visual prototyping, following Bonnie and Farmer Sid in a warm farm setting. The human characters are intentionally illustrated only from behind, creating an immersive "reader-as-character" experience for young audiences.
