Abstract

Briefly surveys and describes recorded copies of the first separate book by the Victorian poet Christina Georgina Rossetti, printed on her grandfather Gaetano Polidori's private press, Regent's Park, London, in 1847, and reports on an unbound copy recently purchased for the Irvin Department, University of South Carolina Libraries, to show how the revised form of pp. 55-56 (usually described as a cancel leaf) was printed.
