During the past year, SC TEACHER has conducted and analyzed research around South Carolina's teacher workforce, working conditions, recruitment, preparation, and retention.

These top ten findings pull from SC TEACHER research to provide a glimpse into the impact and breadth of overall data discoveries. With each in-depth investigation, we can better understand the full picture of South Carolina's education system and educator workforce, supporting school districts and the state in identifying strengths and informing improvement efforts.
